The first edition of Luxembourg Impact Days will bring together players from the social economy sector to present their products, services, ideas and projects to encourage more responsible consumption for the benefit of mankind and the planet.
The first day, Friday 7 July 2023, will be devoted to presenting and rewarding projects that stand out for their socially innovative aspects or that promote the sharing economy. This will be followed by the Local Entrepreneurs Forum, dedicated to projects that have an impact on the transition and to the involvement of investors of all kinds (citizens, institutions, foundations, business angels, etc.) to enable them to develop and be supported by the community.
On Saturday 8 July 2023, the event will be open to the general public from 10am. The aim is to encourage consumers to adopt a new approach to the way they consume, while discovering the range of products and services offered by socially responsible companies.
Various workshops will be organised. These workshops are aimed at companies, players in the sector and local politicians.
Repair cafés will be held on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm. Repair rather than throw away: volunteer repairers will be on hand to help you repair your small household appliances, clothes and textiles, and give them a new lease of life.
